The safety of our customer and employees are our first priority. In order to provide the safest possible conditions for travel and workplace, we increased our cleaning protocol and changed to the way we do service as advised by CDC. Rest assured we are taking all precautions to keep you and your family safe.

Here is what we are doing:

• All employees are required to stay home if they are sick.
• Chauffeurs and other employees are required to wear cloth face covering.
• Chauffeurs wear gloves when handling luggage.
• Passengers are not allowed to seat at the front seat.
• We will open and close doors, trunk so you can enter and exit the vehicle without touching door handles.
• Keep a distance of at least 6 feet from passengers when you are outside the vehicle.
• Passengers have the option to handle their own personal bags and belongings during pick-up and drop-off. Chauffeur will gladly do that for you while wearing gloves.
• We avoid using the recirculated air option for the car’s ventilation during passenger transport; We use the car’s vents to bring in fresh outside air and/or lower the vehicle windows.
• We still offer water bottles but they are kept in the front with the chauffeur and are available upon request. This way we avoid bottles being needlessly touched.
• Surfaces frequently touched by passengers or other drivers, such as door frame/handles, windows, seatbelt buckles, steering wheel, gearshift, signaling levers, and other vehicle parts are carefully and properly cleaned and disinfected before and after each service.
• Tissues and Hand Sanitizer are provided.
• We kindly request that passengers wear a cloth face covering and cover their mouth and nose with tissues if they cough or sneeze. We also ask the passenger to dispose of the tissues after exiting the vehicle.
